At Kouvr, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original mailer.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the return is scanned within 7 days of generating your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
